Baxter’s R Cade is located at 1800 Main Street in Southpointe Town Center
Baxter’s offers two Trackman Golf Simulators, two indoor bocce courts, shuffleboard, board games, handhelds, retro consoles, with games from Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Play Station and Nintendo Switch.
Currently all games are on a first come, first serve basis, excluding Trackman golf simulators. If you are booking an event, please contact your event coordinator about booking these add-ons for your party.
Baxter’s provides elevated bar food and a full bar. You are unable to bring outside food into our establishment.
Yes, Baxter’s R Cade is family friendly. Minors 13 and under require adult supervision for Trackman Golf Simulators. All gaming stations require a credit card to start a tab.
Baxter’s R Cade patio is pet friendly, pets must be accompanied at all times and are not permitted inside the building.

We offer street parking as well as a full parking lot behind our building.
Accessible parking spaces conveniently located near our patio entrance. Our facilities feature accessible restrooms equipped with accommodation to cater to the requirements of our guests with disabilities. We strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone to enjoy their entertainment experience to the fullest.
Any tabs that are not closed out by close will have an automatic 20% added. This ensures that our hard-working team is compensated for their services.
Our dining tables are all first come first serve, unless booked for a private event.
All gaming stations require a credit card to start a tab. Minors 13 and under are required to have adult supervision for the trackman golf simulators.

Reservations are not currently being taken for the bocce courts. They are first some first serve and are $7.50 per half hour per person, or $10 per hour per person.
Reservations are not currently being taken for Shuffleboard. Use of the table is $10 per hour and first come first serve.
Reservations are not currently being taken for the console gaming stations. Use of each station is $10/hr. per person.
To use a gaming space, the first thing you will need to see the host for availability. If the space is not currently in use, you will start a tab with the host using a credit card. If your gaming station needs items such as controllers, balls, etc. the host will have these items for you.
A) If you are finished using the gaming space, simply return necessary items to the host, pay your gaming tab and you are finished!
B) If you would like to continue to use the space, return to the host to check the availability of the gaming space. If the space is still available, the host will extend your time for you.

B) To finalize reserving a space, a credit card and a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required.
The balance of your event is not due until the day of your event.
Canceling an event greater than one week prior to your event will not result in any fees.
A) Within one week prior to your event, half the event minimum will be charged. For the Baby Mario Party, half the event minimum would be $225. For the Mario Party, half the event minimum would be $325.
Any cancelations day or the event or “no shows” will be charged the full minimums of $450 for Baby Mario Party and $650 for Mario Party respectively.
Yes, all fees will have the $100 non-refundable deposit subtracted from them.
Events require a minimum of 10 “gamers”. The space allows for a maximum of 35 people.
A gamer is a “guest” who will be playing arcade games, console games, bocce or trackman golf.
Once an event contract is finalized all additions must be approved through the event coordinator and are not guaranteed.
Yes, you are allowed to bring decorations. Glitter and confetti will not be permitted. You can arrive 15mins prior to your party reservation to decorate the space.
All items not being thrown away must be out of the room by the end of your two-hour block of time.
Yes, we go allow cakes to be brought in. We do not provide cakes but will have limited dessert options available.
Your food and beverage minimum can be met through the purchase of food, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages only. If you and your guests consume less than your food and beverage minimum the remaining balance will be charged as an event fee. If your guests consume more, then you will pay the food and beverage minimum plus the difference. Our food and beverage minimums do not include taxes, processing fees, or gratuity. * You can choose to host a bar tab for your group, or your guests can purchase their own drinks individually. They would be required to start a tab with a credit card. You can control your bar tab spend through a variety of ways including providing drink tickets.
